The key stages of the
production cycle
In early spring, the date palms are ready to start a new production season. This is when pollination takes place, a crucial step in every production cycle.
Throughout the growing season, our team of experts assesses the nutritional needs of our date palms on a daily basis and performs regular tests to prevent diseases and optimize productivity.
The harvest season begins around mid-August and lasts until mid-October. During this period, it is thanks to the high daily temperatures that the Majhoul dates reach their optimal size, take a golden color and contain an optimal sugar level.
After harvest, our Majhoul dates are transported to our own sorting and storage station. At this point, the dates are first sorted according to their size (Small, Medium, Large, XL)
Once sorted, our dates are packaged in a food bag, all in our own personalized boxes.
Finally, our boxes of Majhoul dates are sent to our storage section. They are kept there at low temperature in order to keep their freshness until consumption.
